Bryan Holland and Thomas "Teejay" Joel have been friends since 1983. As Utah and Lambda Chi Alpha alums, they both followed parallel paths after the dot-com boom consumed their attention. 

In 2003, they worked for a brief moment while IAMTEEJAY had a studio in Playa del Rey, but over the years always staying connected on technology, music, design, and art. 

Bryan is a veteran product creator and your North Star visionary to bring your ideas and dreams to life. He is an empathic problem solver with a superpower of simplifying complexity. He synthesizes significant amounts of information, turns it around, and explains it to anyone on any team.

As a principal product designer, he is a passionate and user-centric team member. He designs and executes products to solve complex challenges and craft transformative solutions, particularly in internal tools for leading companies across industries.

He is an expert in interaction design and user experience design (UED).

His clients include Hyundai Motor Group, Apple, Volkswagen, Lexus, Call of Duty/Modern Warfare 3,  Istation, Vaullti, and Mainstage Gaming Network.
