Jordan contacted us to resolve petty issues with the Wix Restaurant Menu App. Having two stores, with different hours, in two cities and using the same menu created a few problems when her customers failed to read the details of their orders at checkout. Often, customers order from the wrong store or at the wrong time.
We suggested updating her site's policies and terms of use and improving messaging. However, after a closer assessment, she realized she needed to rebuild her site into a more professional and appealing bakery website.
After launch, we resolved 95% of the issues but were still left with the problem of customers needing to read the details of their orders. Her new Terms of Use and Ordering Policies covered her liabilities.
