Diane came to us to resolve an issue with their Wordpress gallery plugin. It turns out that they had just loaded to many, uncompressed, large images to the galleries, but also pointed out the flaws of the plug in and the manner in which they are using it. 

Unfortunately, even after resolving it several times, the problem recurs on a regular basis. We are not fans of Wordpress and their arsenal of plug ins for multitude of reason, and we been developing website since the dawn of the application.
